there is a grey strip covering the far left hand side of the screen blocking the start button and everything above it. the strip is about 3cm wide and has a number of coloured lines running through it in a vertical direction. it also appears that the bottom left hand part of the screen in the grey strip has been cracked with ink seeping from the two cracks.
